Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SportzNmore collects when you use our enrollment and free-trial pages, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to those pages and to communications we send about our programs.

What we collect

• Contact details you enter — your email address, and (if you continue an enrollment) your name, phone number, and mailing address.
• The center and session you were looking at when you entered your email.
• Child information you provide to enroll — a child’s name, date of birth, and any allergy or medical notes you choose to share so we can run classes safely.
• Payment details for paid enrollments are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe). We receive a token and the last four digits — not your full card or bank number.
• Basic usage data — pages viewed, the site or link that referred you, approximate country, and device type. We count unique visitors with a rotating daily hash rather than a tracking cookie.

How we use it

• To set up, run, and support your enrollment or free trial.
• To send you essential messages about an active enrollment — confirmations, schedules, payment receipts, class updates.
• To send occasional updates and offers about classes at the center you showed interest in. You can opt out of these at any time (see “Your choices” below); opting out never affects an active enrollment.
• To understand which centers and sessions are getting interest so we can plan and improve.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — hosting and database (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and privacy-preserving traffic analytics (Vercel) — and with the partner center your child attends, as needed to run the program. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use children’s information for advertising.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from updates and offers using the link in any such email, or by replying to ask us to remove you. We keep a suppression record so you stay off the list.
• Access, correct, or delete your information — including for California and Washington residents — by emailing pnw@sportznmore.com. We may need to keep some records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Children’s information

Child information is provided by a parent or guardian and is used only to place a child in the right class and run it safely. It is never used for marketing to children.

How long we keep it

We keep enrollment records for as long as you have an account with us and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing-lead contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above when we do.
